Meet the man I would call "the hardest working realtor in Ashland". Craig Blazinski is a broker with Full Circle Realty who currently has this listing on Harrison Street. He is only local realtor I know who is holding an open house for showing on successive weekdays for hours at a time. Rather than sitting at his desk in the downtown office, he'd rather make himself (and the house) more available to potential buyers (particularly visiting out-of-towners) who are driving around looking at properties. A native of Cleveland, Craig taught school in Ohio, California and Colorado before moving his family to the Rogue Valley. He said the quality of life here was more conducive for rearing his kids.
Ashland, Oregon is a town of 21,000 that has a lot in common with other small towns across America. It also has qualities that make it truly unique. Home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Southern Oregon University, people from various backgrounds and places have chosen to call Ashland home. As a photographer, I thought it would be a worthwhile project to document the varied aspects of Life in Ashland.
