Louie's Bar & Grill was packed with University of Oregon football fans this afternoon to watch the Ducks play the University of Wisconsin. Louie's is a popular downtown watering hole with a number of big screen TV's tuned to sporting events. Today's event was the annual Rose Bowl contest emanating from Pasadena, California which the Ducks won, beating the Badgers 45 to 38.
