The Zachery O'Brien Band, comprised of (L to R), Andrew, Lara, Zachery and Bert, plays at Paddy O'Brien's (no relation) Irish Pub. Zachery characterizes their music as "alternative rock with Celtic roots". He and Bert started the band in their home state of Arkansas before coming west and settling in Ashland. They perform traditional Irish folk songs as well as pop standards by groups like the Beatles and the Kinks. Zachery says they also have a "couple of albums worth" of original songs they've written and are always looking for new venues in which to showcase their work.
