Jared Rennie, owner and master brewer of Noble Coffee Roasting, was busy this morning preparing the day's offering of fine coffees. Jared and the gang at Noble take coffee-making seriously; their mission: "…sourcing the highest quality coffees from organic farms and cooperatives, roasting them to their highest potential and educating baristas on how to best prepare their coffee".
