While much of the Midwest and East endures snow, ice and freezing temperatures, southern Oregon is experiencing balmy, spring-like weather. Today, down at Railroad Park, father and son Phil and Michael Brady were playing a little one-on-one basketball. Michael said he spent last winter in Boston and has been sending his buddies back there photos of blossoming trees, now sprouting all around town.
