This odd-looking structure materialized a couple of months ago on a vacant lot on 2nd Street. A flyer posted on the front door described it as a self-contained living accommodation mounted on tires for easy transporting. The dwelling was listed for sale at $32,500 and was sold and taken away not long after it appeared.
