Sangy'e, a subject of an earlier post, does a posting of his own on the message kiosk at the downtown Plaza. He's putting up a copy of the Homeless Bill of Rights, recently passed into law in the state of Rhode Island. Local activists for the homeless are hoping similar legislation is passed here.
