Yesterday, the Ashland High School boys' soccer team hosted Summit High of Bend in an opening round of the state playoffs. The Grizzlies ended up losing to the visitors, 2 to 1, bringing their season to an end sooner than they'd hoped. Coach Brad Roupp, as is his style, refused to dwell on the negative and emphasized instead how proud he was of his boys and what they'd accomplished this year.
