Now that Spring is here and the real estate market seems to be picking up a bit, a few more For Sale signs are appearing around town. Recent listings are a Craftsman-style house on East Main Street and a commercial building housing an art gallery and a yoga studio at the corner of 4th and B. The house appears to be a good candidate for a visit from the Curb Appeal team at HGTV.
