Local singer/songwriter Shae Johnson performs with the Ashland-based Rogue Suspects at a gig at Alex's. The Suspect's sound has been described as a cross between Steve Ray Vaughn and Steely Dan. Shae's vocal stylings add another dimension to an already versatile, eclectic-sounding band. Dean Angermeier plays keyboard, Joe Diehl and Dirk Price with guitars, Dave Bolen on drums.
