This walkway leads to the entrance to the Ashland Public Library. Inside the cozy confines of the library, a patron reads a NY Times article about Norman Mailer. The reader's vantage point looks out over the town and toward Grizzly Peak across the valley (the photographic view of which is obscured by the reflection of the library's ceiling light fixtures).
